Does HÅNNA test products on animals?
No! We absolutely do not test our products on animals. One of the foundations of Hånna Skin is to provide curelty-free products.
Where is my order?
You can track all your orders in the "orders" section in your account here.
Can I change my delivery address?
Depending on if the products already have left our warehouses we might be able to do so! Contact support@hannaskin.com with your request.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order if the products haven't left our warehouses yet. Please contact us on support@hannaskin.com with your request, once approved we will process your refund within 10 business days.
